Orders & MOQ

For our standard stock items, the MOQ is usually flexible. For customized production (specific colors, printing, or materials), our general MOQ is 10,000 pieces per item. However, we can discuss lower quantities for your initial trial orders to support your brand’s growth.

Our standard payment term is a 30% deposit via T/T before production, and the 70% balance before shipment. We can also accommodate L/C at sight for large-volume orders.

Customization & Tooling

Yes, we have a dedicated engineering team and in-house tooling capabilities. Once the 3D drawing is confirmed, it typically takes 20-30 days to develop a new mold and provide the first off-tool samples.

We offer a full range of high-end surface decorations, including silk-screen printing, hot stamping, UV metallization, frosting, soft-touch spray, and water transfer printing, ensuring your packaging perfectly reflects your brand identity.

Samples & Lead Time

Absolutely. We provide 1-5 pieces of standard stock samples for free (freight collected). For custom samples with your specific color or logo printing, there will be a nominal sampling fee, which is fully refundable once a mass production order is placed.

Upon approval of the final sample and receipt of the deposit, our standard mass production lead time is 25 to 35 days, depending on the order volume and the complexity of surface treatments.

Quality Control & Compatibility

Quality is our priority. Every batch undergoes strict quality control, including vacuum leak testing, function testing, and durability testing before packing. Our precision-engineered mechanisms guarantee a tight seal and consistent dosage.

We strongly advise all clients to conduct compatibility testing with their actual bulk formula, as chemical interactions can vary. We will gladly supply sufficient packaging samples for your lab to run comprehensive stability and compatibility tests prior to mass production.

Sustainability

Yes. We offer fully customizable sustainable packaging, including Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) plastics (PET/PP/PE), biodegradable PLA, and refillable packaging systems. We also specialize in mono-material designs to ensure the packaging is 100% recyclable in local facilities.
